Kruger National Park
Kruger’s climate is sub-tropical, with the summer months humid and hot, reaching temperatures of 38 degrees Celsius. From September to May, when the bush is lush, it is a treat to see the babies of the bush, as the animals usually give birth during this time of plenty. During the winter months (May – August), game viewing is easier as the bush is less dense – however, the park is considered to be a year-round destination with strong sightings throughout the year.
